Site terms

niebenidorm.com publishes guides on the procedures foreigners meet in Benidorm and answers the questions people send it. The points below set out how that works. Using the site, or writing to us through it, means you agree to them.

1. An independent private service

NIE Benidorm is privately run. It has no tie to the Policía Nacional, the Subdelegación del Gobierno, the Ayuntamiento de Benidorm or any other authority. It explains procedures such as the NIE, the green certificate for Europeans, the TIE card and the padrón, and helps people get them ready. It does not decide applications, cannot make them faster, and cannot tell you in advance how one will end.

2. Information, not advice

Each guide is general information, checked against the official sources it cites at the time it was written. Rules, forms, fees and the way offices work all change, and a guide cannot weigh up your particular case. When something matters to you, confirm it with the official source, or write to us.

3. Writing to us

Sending a form or an email simply asks for an answer. You are not signing up to anything, and neither are we. Should you decide to go further, you receive in writing what the help includes and what it costs, and nothing starts until you accept. The work may be carried out by us or by a partner firm that takes over your file; you know which before you agree.

4. What the administration charges and decides

The Modelo 790 código 012 and the other official fees are paid to the State, on top of any charge for help. Decisions on numbers, certificates, cards and permits belong to the authorities alone. A full folder and a booked slot make an appointment smoother; they do not make a favourable outcome certain.

5. Links to other websites

Some pages point to official websites or to partner firms. Those sites answer for their own content and set their own terms.

6. Limits of our responsibility

We do our work with care. We are not answerable for what the administration decides, for rule changes that come after a page was published, or for the number of appointments the booking system makes available.

7. Contact and law

Questions about these terms go to hello@niebenidorm.com. Spanish law applies.
