Your data, and what we do with it
Whenever you send niebenidorm.com a form or an email, some personal information comes with it. This page explains how we treat it, and the rights it gives you.
What reaches us
The forms require two things: a name to address you by and an email address to reply to. Everything else is optional: a phone number, your nationality, the procedure that brings you here and a few words about your situation. The server also notes when the form was sent and from which IP address, so that automated spam can be filtered out.
Why we hold it
To reply to you and, if you then want help, to prepare your procedure with you. Two legal bases cover this: measures taken at your request before any contract, and a legitimate interest, namely stopping the forms from being abused. Your details are not used to advertise to you and are not sold to anyone.
Who else handles it
If you ask for help, your request can be shared with the partner firm that would take it on, solely for that. Our hosting provider and our email provider also process it, under contracts that oblige them to keep it safe. No administration receives anything from us without your say-so.
How long it stays
When a conversation ends without any follow-up, we delete it once it is of no further use. When we help you with a procedure, we keep the file for as long as the law requires for that kind of service, and delete it afterwards.
What the GDPR lets you ask of us
The GDPR gives you the right of access to your data, and the rights to correction, erasure, restriction of processing, objection and portability. Send your request to hello@niebenidorm.com; we answer within the deadline the GDPR lays down. Should our answer not satisfy you, you can complain to the AEPD, Spain’s data protection authority (aepd.es).
Cookies
Only the cookies that let a form be sent securely are set. There are no advertising cookies, and nothing that tracks your browsing elsewhere.
