About NIE Benidorm

NIE Benidorm is an independent private service for foreigners facing the NIE, the green certificate, the TIE and the padrón in Benidorm and the towns of the Marina Baixa. It works in English, at a calm pace, for residents, buyers and seasonal workers alike.

Benidorm draws people for very different reasons. Some come to retire, some to spend the winter, some to buy a flat they will use a few weeks a year, some to work a season in a hotel. Sooner or later, each of them meets the same short list of Spanish procedures, written in a language and a logic that are not their own.

Our part is to prepare those procedures with you: the right form for your passport and your plans, the 790-012 fee, the cita previa, the folder of documents and a clear brief for the appointment. Some questions are not ours to answer, such as tax residence, inheritance law or the legal checks on a property. When one comes up, we say so plainly and suggest the kind of professional to ask.

NIE Benidorm is independent of the Policía Nacional, the Subdelegación del Gobierno and the Ayuntamiento de Benidorm, and nothing on this site is an official text. Anything described on this site can be done without us: the administration deals with the public directly, for its official fees alone.
